And We The People need to quit complaining about the politicians and instead vote them out, or better still, get involved intimately and directly in the constitutional republic that the eminent Benjamin Franklin warned us about keeping.
In order to vote out the criminals, and get good people elected, the elections have to be clean. Which means the criminals need to be removed, and clean and honest elections mandated.
While I generally agree here I don't think the character of the people is the root of the issue. The root of the issue is the federal government has far far too much power and control over the people. There are far too many government agencies, too much police power, too much tax money and far too many laws. In the end it's impossible to keep bad people out of government so the answer is make sure they have as minimal amount of power as possible and still have a functioning society. Absolute minimal government is the answer. Do this and bad people aren't interested and everything else takes care of itself.
This is the first big hurdle to be cleared. The extreme actions opposing the Arizona audit only prove that we are under the grip of a powerful coup d'etat that is willing to pull out all stops to hide their perfidy. All the GOP talk about them sweeping the House and Senate in '22 is just talk if the enemy's aggressive battle against honest elections is not met with equal determination.
The 'Rats barely hold the House and only control the Senate with the intervention of the VP... yet they act as if they have a mandate to overthrow the Constitution! It could not be clearer: if the citizens do not step up the usurpers will win - by force if need be. Raiding Rudy Giuliani's house and leaving convictive evidence against Hunter Biden behind could not send a clearer message: We will destroy anyone who gets in our way!
There is no justice in the Dept of Justice - only persecution. With William Cohen's raid and subsequent arrest and now Rudy's raid, Donald Trump can not enjoy attorney client privilege; the coup hopes that it has whatever they need on Trump if he runs again. The media is just a group of traitors, already trying to destroy with lies Ron DeSantis and Matt Gaetz.

p.s. I am glad to see General Flynn stepping up and I hope my encouraging him to do so was decisive. He can be a great rallying point for resistance to this vicious coup.
