The investigation is being handled by the State Bureau of Investigation. Could it be the judge spoke with the investigators and learned releasing the four tapes would compromise the investigation??
Could be. There are often good reasons for investigators to play their cards close to the vest, as they investigate crimes.
Depending what the video shows, it might not be good to release it and see people jump to conclusions about what happened based on Al Sharpton’s interpretation of a shaky video.
Then tell me why Brown’s family have been given access.
How? If releasing the videos to the family is OK then how is releasing them to the general public compromising the investigation?
