I had to re-schedule a delivery from UPS today because they apparently have only one truck, and it can only deliver to my address during a window where no one can sign for shipment. I can, however, pick up my orders from a UPS store for $8 each.
Certainly a sign of things to come more often.
Now that is brain defected...they are charging you if you go pick it up but they aren’t charging you if they can deliver it but only at a time that you can’t be there to receive it? Wow!!
That makes no sense, to charge you for saving them the last mile delivery.
