Idiots. In AB, cities do not clear sidewalks. Per bylaw, you have 24 hours after a snowfall to clear the sidewalk and walkway to your house. If served with a ticket, it’s a cool $500 resuction of your cash flow.

AB property taxes are well below those of cities in ON or QU. In Calgary, there is also a ‘Snow Angel’ program where volunteers clean the sidewalks of those unable to. The city co-ordinates a list of those willing to volunteer with those who need the service, so as to avoid the fine.

I think two-spirits were Native Americans that were homosexual. Not positive about that. Two-spirut makes me think of DID, or disassociative identity disorder or multiple personalities. They are people severely abused from the time they were very young.
