I think he handled the situation correctly. He didn’t get the item he asked for, instead he got a flip remark. I would have got up and left the undrank & unpaid drink on the counter and returned with some type of retort illustrating her lack of customer service. Tips are just that, rewards for doing a good job. You’re the misguided one.
