Maybe they will not have advanced versions of the same courses, but will put more advanced students into these classes in earlier grades than others. This would be a terrible idea. Regardless of the student's age, the work of an average math class, such as Algebra 1 or Geometry would be much too easy for some students and too difficult for some others.
Thomas Jefferson High School is going to drop the entrance exam because some minorities do better than others.
