He was clearly being sarcastic. Look at the elements of his argument - they are straight up mockery of what happened.

To be honest, I didn’t listen to Gregs whole statement. I caught a sentence or two.. then Judge Jeanne and other panel members gasping in horror.. so I switched the channel. Then later heard people disagreeing on what took place. Now I wish I had watched the whole thing.
