Neighbor told me they were going make a swing through NW Missouri last year. The county sheriff told them to read up on “In broad daylight” and then try it.
They didnt show.
I would encourage anyone to watch (youtube) or read “In Broad Daylight” it is an eye opener.
I remember that movie.
I also recall seeing an expose about it on Current Edition or one of those similar shows.
