There are WIN/LOSE AND LOSE/WIN situations.
There are WIN/WIN situations.
and there are LOSE/LOSE situations.
Do not be too quick to identify something as a NO WIN situation. Once you quit, it is either a LOSE/WIN or LOSE/LOSE.
Be thankful that many are still engaged in the battle and we have to support them.
Trumps philosophy is looking for the Win/win first. It is good thinking and good longterm strategy.

And as the Derek Chauvin case has shown us, sometimes, with more and more frequency, you can't win if you do the right thing.
If I were a cop, I'd look for desk job until my 20 were up and then retire. If I already had my 20, I'd be retiring and find something else to do with the rest of my life.
Justice, fairness, objectivity are now evil concepts and it makes it entirely unsafe to be a street cop.
