You just described manslaughter. Was it clear that he intended to kill him? Or, did they railroad him with murder 2 because the jury themselves were fearful of being murdered?

That idiot Muslim AG started all of this, when he saaid at the gitgo he wanted to go for second degree murder. I for one, think the idiot died from ingesting Fentanyl, and not cooperating with the Police, not that the police intended to kill the idiot.

Yea murder 2 requires intent to kill but not premeditation...

Not seeing how this case meets that.

Definitely seems like manslaughter to me. That makes it closer to murder than not guilty, though. I have no sympathy for anybody involved here. At a minimum Chauvin should have stopped assaulting his prisoner when told by another cop that he had no pulse. He didn’t even do that.
