Defense appeal is probably already being written seeking a mistrial.
Any jurors that were leaning toward a not guilty verdict can now feel free to vote guilty and be done with it, since they know it’ll be appealed anyway.
That way maybe they won’t get doxxed by the media and BLM.

I don’t doubt that, but any judge who signs off on an appeal would also be signing his death warrant. So, there will be no successful appeal.
