Rittenhouse is a very different case and they’re going to need to water down those charges significantly to have any chance at a conviction. Maybe assault and negligent discharge of a firearm. Anything else and they have no chance.
I wish I had your optimism. The ferals and their supporters will threaten violence and the judicial system will cater to the prosecution.
