Yes, if they were smart, they’d stay out of those areas.
Especially after riots and destruction have come and destroyed their and/or some other business(es).
To rebuild and go back in there seems quite illogical. At the very least. Indeed reckless.
It is very illogical!!! Once the community finds out the businesses don’t want to be where there is destruction and looting the community will come together and stop this stuff..
