If Biden gets us into a war with Russia over Ukraine, he becomes a traitor to the American people.
He will obviously be pursuing the interests of foreign powers, because the US has absolutely no interests in Ukraine.
And that betrayal will result in a LOT of dead people.

There is no further penalty for committing a second act of treason. The first one is sufficient for firing squad or rope.
