Well said. Compared to Maxine Waters and AOC, Walter Mondale was George Washington. You could disagree with a liberal like Mondale, and then later on go have a friendly beer with him.
No more. Today’s liberals will scream at you, and call you all sorts of names (you’re a racist, a sexist, etc.). Having a friendly beer with any of them would be out of the question.
