Never think that because a person does not testify that they are guilty. They do not testify because tie prosecution will fashion questions to make a person look guilty.

Thank you, and EXACTLY. Only a fool would allow his client, the defendant, to testify in a murder trial, especially a kangaroo court show trial like this one.

I see that in Law and Order reruns all the time - the defendant always testifies, and the prosecution always nails them based on their testimony.
