Zack is the CEO of her own company that delves into the inter-workings of the cyber world. In short she's a computer genius who knows where all the other hackers would bury the ones and has no problem figuring out how the elections was stolen. First from Germany at the CIA safe house where Biden was allocated approx. 1.14 votes while Trump got .88 or something near that. Additionally, from the link, A man by the name of Stefano Serafini is accused of being one of the individuals that facilitated the hacking of the presidential election on Nov. 3. That hack allegedly switched votes electronically from President Trump to Joe Biden and took place at – among other sites – the U.S. Embassy in Rome, Italy.
Those allegations, made by Maria Zack of Nations In Action, a government accountability group, also say Serafini, a 25-year veteran of the State Department, retired shortly before Election Day in order to protect his pension.
An individual named Stefano Serafini was read into the Congressional record in 1997 as having entered the foreign service at the U.S. State Department. That would have put that individual at the 23-year mark of service last year.
An individual with that same name also graduated from the elite National Defense University with a concentration in Cybersecurity Leadership in 2017. The discipline trains graduates in advanced cybersecurity functions such as risk analysis, security incident management, continuity of operations, and disaster recovery.

Zack lays out allegations that former president Barack Obama diverted $400 million meant for Iran under the terms of the Iran Nuclear Deal to an alternate account for his personal use. Zack says individuals working to bring the truth about what happened in Italy to light have told her those funds were diverted to a Merrill Lynch account in another country.
“Yes we actually were told that: $400 million – 14 pallets – were re-routed to another country to a Merrill Lynch account for President Barack Obama to use as his own money.
So basically that would be stealing $400 million,” Zack said. “And we have asked for additional information on that. It is our hope and anticipation that we get it.”

Zack also laid out evidence received by her organization “Nations in Action” that says Joe Biden triggered the current government crisis in Italy by apparently calling former Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi weeks ago, nudging him to pull support for then-Prime-Minister Giuseppe Conte’s government.
Zack has funded her org. to the tune of over 100k and those willing to help should do so.
Renzi and Mr. Obama had a famously close relationship.
“We got intel that Biden actually called over prior to the inauguration and told Matteo Renzi pull your support for Prime Minister Conte…we want to get a more pro-China, leftist prime minister there. And so Matteo Renzi pulled his support and Conte actually went down in flames 11 days later. The government collapsed, full chaos, who's going to run government? Who's going to run the Parliament?” Zack said. The Italian government collapsed this month(February I believe) and the person chosen to take control is former head of the European Central Bank Mario Draghi, a person with a famously pro-left, pro-EU philosophy.
Zack also had a warning for Joe Biden.
“I just got word that the pro-Chinese Five Star Party just broke in two. So they are just crumbling and China is freaking out and Joe Biden should be freaking out,” Zack said. “Because you know why? There's a lot of people who want to rip the band-aid off and show transparency to the families of Italy and America.
