My guess is Biden is not in the White House. He cannot carry on a coherent conversation with anyone. He has no idea who the Japanese are not why he would need to meet with them. They whisked the Japanese off to an undisclosed location to meet with Harris. Who also has no business in the White House. The photo op is Harris in front of flags stating they were in the White House why do people buy that?
