Rand Paul: 2020 election fraud never fully reviewed by courts
WND via NOQ Report ^ | 04/15/2021 | Bob Unruh

President Donald Trump and his supporters filed dozens of legal cases challenging the 2020 election results, submitting volumes of evidence and sworn testimony from eyewitnesses to fraud.

Legacy media personalities are very fond of saying all of those cases failed.

In fact, ABC’s George Stephanopoulos earlier berated Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., with, “No election is perfect. But there were 86 challenges filed by President Trump and his allies in court, all were dismissed. Every state certified the results. Can’t you just say the words, this election was not stolen?”

The senator pointed out at that time that problems simply weren’t addressed.

“There were lots of problems and there were secretaries of state, who illegally changed the law and that needs to be fixed, and I’m going to work harder to fix it and I will not be cowed by people saying ‘Oh, you’re a liar,'” Paul told the anchor.

“Let’s talk about the specifics of it. In Wisconsin, tens of thousands of absentee votes had only the name on them and no address. Historically, those were thrown out. This time they weren’t. They made special accommodations ’cause they said, ‘Oh, it’s a pandemic and people forgot what their address was.'”

The senator now is doubling down.

The Washington Times said Paul, in an event held by the Heritage Foundation, said it was simply “untrue” that “the courts fully heard this.”

He pointed out, “Courts have been hesitant to get involved in elections.”

But when issues like state officials making “changes to election law without permission from the state legislatures” arise, they need to be taking a role.

Paul said states now need election laws that specifically say a secretary of state can’t mail ballots out or make unilateral changes if the law doesn’t expressly give them power to do so.

Democracy Pledge The pledge states, “The 2020 presidential election was free and fair, and produced accurate, reliable results.” despite the cited instances.

how incredible. i would love to see this be investigated in my lifetime.

He pointed out, “Courts have been hesitant to get involved in elections.”

The SCOTUS punted when it was clear Governors overstepped their boundaries. Now they can cut their offices in half as we move to 18 justices.

Partner, we should have gotten free of these two (2) a long time ago.

"Neither will their careers."

I think that all of the justices are unhappy with the prospect of court packing and term limits. Breyer was not supportive of the idea, and the left attacked him. But to your point, the new justices could be deeply angered at Roberts for potentially throwing their future away. So far, the court is safe because Pelosi isn't on board with court packing. She is only supporting the President's commission to study the issue at this time.

Paul says things that make some conservatives swoon but unfortunately he’s a lightweight.

I ask people what to make of a player on the field who kicks a field goal after allowing the opposing team to score five touchdowns in a row. Why would people cheer a field goal when their team is so far behind?

McConnell allows Paul to swing for the fences when no one is on base but when the bases are loaded, McConnell has Paul sitting on the bench.

I’ve studied and observed Paul over the past ten years. He always buckles to McConnell when McConnell wants him to. McConnell controlled the GOP Senate Campaign Fund and still does. After seeing what McConnell did to Chris McDaniel in Mississippi, McDonnell should be flogged until he can’t stand up any longer.

The states where the fraud took place had anti-Trump kangaroo courts, and the federal courts were either equally biased or afraid to intervene.

“Rand Paul: 2020 election fraud never fully reviewed by courts”

Never fully reviewed by Congress either.
Rand is partially responsible for that.

Partner, we agree that McConnell is a big time RINO and should not be in the party.
