I don't believe that to be the case. The Arab nations threatened by Iran need a strong partner to counter the dangerous ambitions of the mullahs. Since the US can no longer be trusted, Israel is the most logical choice for a strong regional alliance.
Iran is a mortal threat to them. Israel may be the only power with the will and the power to stop Iran. I look for more Arab countries to sign up with Israel.
Iran is a mortal threat to the Sunni gulf states. They're not worried about US sensibilities. And I doubt they consider the US a reliable ally. Events in Taiwan and the Ukraine may settle that question. But in any case they know to prevent a nuclear Iran will likely require military action. And they know, at least politically, the US under Biden will be on Iran's side.
That said, is the US in a position to follow up on Trump's policies, in theory yes.
