Right, it is a battleground state and that is why they pump them into it. Never do they ship them to CA, what would be the point?

PS: the average IQ in Guatemala and Honduras is <80. These children will struggle just to learn English. They are incapable of learning what is necessary to thrive in a modern post industrial society. Plus they have been told everything is free in the USA.
