I would assume that a civil case could be made as the video clearly shows that her actions were not life theatening. But who to file against?
Cop’s name has not been released so can you file a John doe type of name listed in a civil case?
I am not a lawyer but it would seem that a civil case is now the only possible legal action.

I’m not a lawyer, but I work for a law firm, and cases are filed like that all the time. Almost certainly someone will sue.
