Mitch needs to really wake up. Has he not noticed that the dems can redefine ANYTHING? The fact that he is even surprised by this is telling of his thought process.

Oh he has noticed as he has been in Congress for 30 some years. Not his first rodeo. Republicans had a chance with the majority of President and both Houses to pass their own infrastructure bill. They didn’t as usual. They also had a chance to change the voting bill that was presented by the house a year before the last election, he chose to do nothing.
