Monthes ago I found information about Pfizer that made me decide not to use it on ethical grounds. Years ago when the Supreme Court made a ruling that enabled drug companies to block lower cost medicine purchases from Canada, Phizer was the first to make use of this ruling. Then they tried real hard to buy out AstraZenica and were repeatedly rejected. Is this a reason AZ has not been admitted to the US? Then I ran into concerns about mRNA type vaccines and decided to go J&J. Now I am really frustrated.

A few days ago when I heard the AstraZenica problem with clots, I immediately started research. Since a number of the cases were reported in Norway and in women, I thought Vitamin D3. One article I read said D insuficiency causes abnormal platelet issues, including enlarged platelets which can block fine capillaries. There was also one issue (I don’t remember which article) that said heparin can be dangerous and some other anticoagulant should be used. Since I don’t have much time to continue research, I invite you to check out the articles at the Google page below and pass on any useful info you find there.

https://www.google.com/search?q=covid+blood+clots+symptoms+platelets+and+vitamin+d3&rlz=1CAJCUZ_enUS847&oq=Covid%2C+blood+clots+symptoms%2C+platelets%2C+and+vitamin+&aqs=chrome.3.69i57j33i160l4.28542j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

As to Fauci and science, I think the failure of Fauci and other government agencies and experts to spread far and wide the importance of taking Vitamin D3, especially in winter may be CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT. Why are so many dark skinned people—African Americans, American Indians, Latinos, etc.—getting ill if it is not the common trait that their darker skin makes it harder for Vitamin D formed on the skin to be absorbed into the body? The appropriate interest groups should grasp this issue and run with it. If the mRNA vaccine folk are secretly blocking the other vaccines, that also might be actionable.

Stick with QUERCETIN + D + NAC + ZINC + three times as much C as NAC as well as some MELATONINE and a good B complex and you do not need any of these questionable “SHOTS”

Protect Yourself with Quercetin
(+ZINC against covid-19 as well as many others)

If there was one supplement that could protect you from the flu, inflammation, mood disorders, hay fever and the common cold, would you drop what you’re doing and run to the store to get this? Well then...get your shoes on!

There’s an antioxidant flavonol that is found in foods like apples, plums, red grapes, green tea, elder flower and onions, that has been shown to fight inflammation, act as a natural antihistamine, boost immunity, promote lung and bronchial tract health, and help with weight loss, diabetes, circulatory dysfunction, allergies and mood related disorders. It’s best known for its natural protection against the flu, and is a preferred alternative to Tamiflu (Tamiflu’s possible side effects include mood swings, suicidal feelings, auditory hallucinations, memory deterioration and insomnia.)

Just how does quercetin work to do this? According to the Journal of Infectious Diseases:

“… In vitro studies have demonstrated that quercetin acts as a potent antiviral agent by inhibiting viral replication of several respiratory viruses, including influenza virus, parainfluenza virus, respiratory syncytial virus, adenovirus and rhinovirus. Although the quercetin’s antiviral mechanisms are not well understood, a number of possibilities have been proposed...”

Numerous studies have shown quercetin’s effectiveness in viral illness prevention, along with many other illnesses. Below is a list of foods naturally high in quercetin. Alternatively one can take a daily supplement purchased from a health food store. If you’re taking moringa powder or chia seeds daily, you’re probably getting a good dose of quercetin. But add to it with other foods for additional immunity.

While eating these foods will certainly give you benefits, if you really want to protect yourself and boost your immune system, you need to take a larger dose of quercetin daily. An amount of 300mg to 500mg, studies say, is a reliable amount to help prevent and possibly treat illness. The best brands use a form called “quercetin dihydrate” which appears to have excellent bioavailability.

It’s best to take the supplement with food containing some fat, since quercetin is a fat soluble substance (does not absorb well in water). Take with a meal or with a snack containing fat such as nuts..

Antiviral Effects of Quercetin through Zinc Ionophore Activity

Quercetin is an increasingly well-known plant compound with potent anti-inflammatory effects. The recent SARS-CoV-19 outbreak resulted in renewed research efforts focusing on its effects as a zinc-ionophore, increasing intracellular zinc concentrations and thus Quercetin working as an antiviral.

In this article, we explore the relationship between zinc, ionophores, antivirals, and their potential use in modern society.
What are Quercetin’s Antiviral Effects?

Quercetin is a plant bioflavonoid found in many types of fruits and vegetables. It has powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects and has recently been studied for its potent antibacterial and antiviral benefits. More about Quercetin can be read here and about Quercetin-3-O-rutinoside (Rutin) here.

Quercetin has been the subject of extensive research in recent years – pertaining primarily to its free-radical scavenging and antioxidant effects. Some preliminary research has pointed to potential anti-allergy effects (anti-histamine), while further research has pointed towards potential cancer-fighting properties.
In terms of antiviral research, the data is still somewhat limited to Quercetin’s efficacy. A few studies have indicated that Quercetin has the ability to inhibit viral replication at various stages – with effects on several virus types, including respiratory viruses, influenza virus, parainfluenza virus, rhinovirus, and more.[1] [2]

Preliminary studies in South Korea and China have pointed to Quercetin’s potential for inhibiting viral replication of SARS-CoV-2. In a review entitled “Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Patients Infected with 2019-New Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2)”, researchers pointed out several key findings regarding Quercetin’s potential effects against coronaviruses:[3]

• Inhibits the cleavage activity of MERS-3CLpro enzyme[4]
• Inhibits SARS-3CLpro activity [5]
• Inhibits the cellular entry of SARS-CoV [6]

While the data looks somewhat promising, it is important to keep in mind that this is very preliminary research, and much more extensive data is required before we can fully understand the significance of these effects in humans.
Nevertheless, Quercetin is currently in the recruiting phase of a clinical trial to establish its efficacy for the prophylaxis and treatment of COVID-19.[7]

What is an Ionophore?

An ionophore is an “ion carrier” – a molecule that facilitates the movement of electronically charged ions in and out of cell membranes. Ionophores are lipid-soluble and are typically biosynthesized by microorganisms. Their mechanism of transfer involves reversibly binding to ions and releasing them on one or the other side of a cell membrane.

Both lungs were filling and I was afraid to go to ER as I knew they were going to put me on a respirator as I was gasping for breath and my lung fire had spread from the bottom to under my breasts. Amazon delivered these along with some Vitamin C, D, and Zinc. I took them immediately and an hour and a half later all lung pain was gone. Breathing returned to normal. When two more family members experienced the same burning lung and gasping symptoms, I gave them the Quercertin. Again, within an hour and a half, they were better. Twice a day was what worked for us to keep the ER at bay.

N-Acetyl Cysteine

N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) is a metabolite of the sulfur-containing amino acid, Cysteine. Cysteine is found in high protein foods, N-Acetyl Cysteine is not. N-Acetyl Cysteine is produced within the human body. Cysteine plays a role in the sulfation cycle, acting as a sulfur donor in phase II detoxification and as a methyl donor in the conversion of homocysteine to methionine. Cysteine also helps synthesize glutathione, one of the body’s most important natural antioxidants and detoxifiers. N-Acetyl-Cysteine is the acetylated form of L-Cysteine.

N-Acetyl Cysteine increases Glutathione Levels
N-Acetyl Cysteine is rapidly metabolized to intracellular glutathione. Glutathione acts as a powerful antioxidant in the body. Glutathione also detoxifies chemicals into less harmful compounds. N-Acetyl Cysteine also protects the body from acetaminophen toxicity and is used in hospitals for patients with acetaminophen poisoning. It has also been shown to be effective at treating liver failure from other causes as well.

N-Acetyl Cysteine Chelates Heavy Metals
Heavy metals like lead, mercury and arsenic are detoxified and removed from the body by N-Acetyl Cysteine . It also increases the excretion of zinc and other essential minerals when taken over an extended period. It is therefore necessary to supplement zinc, copper and other trace minerals when taking N-Acetyl Cysteine.

N-Acetyl Cysteine and the Immune System
Glutathione is known to aid in the transport of nutrients to lymphocytes and phagocytes, two major classes of immune cells, and to protect cell membranes. While purified glutathione is available as a dietary supplement, absorption is low, and N-Acetyl Cysteine is thought to be a better method of boosting cellular glutathione levels. N-Acetyl Cysteine is being investigated as a treatment for AIDS.

N-Acetyl Cysteine Breaks up Mucus
N-Acetyl Cysteine cleaves disulfide bonds by converting them to two sulfhydryl groups. This action results in the breakup of mucoproteins in lung mucus, reducing their chain lengths and thinning the mucus, improving conditions such as bronchitis and flu. Double-blind research has found that N-Acetyl Cysteine supplements improved symptoms and prevented recurrences in people with chronic bronchitis. N-Acetyl Cysteine at a dosage of 1,200 mg per day helps to prevent Influenza infection, reduces the symptoms of existing Influenza infection and reduces the duration of Influenza infections.

N-Acetyl Cysteine and Cancer
N-Acetyl CysteineN-Acetyl Cysteine has been shown to reduce the proliferation of certain cells lining the colon and may reduce the risk of colon cancer in people with recurrent polyps in the colon. Its action as an antioxidant and a glutathione precursor may also contribute to a protective effect against cancer.

N-Acetyl Cysteine Cautions
When taking N-acetyl cysteine it is recommended that two to three times as much vitamin C be taken at the same time. Failure to do so may result in more harm than good from taking this product because of the prolonged presence of the oxidized form of L-Cysteine. The vitamin C also helps keep the glutathione that is produced from the Cysteine in its reduced form so that it can continue acting as an antioxidant.

N-Acetyl Cysteine Dosage
Typical dosage recommendations are in the range of 250-1500mg of NAC daily for the majority of therapeutic benefits.

N-Acetyl Cysteine Safety
NAC is considered safe for consumption in its therapeutic dosage ranges. Individual reactions may vary and anyone experiencing adverse symptoms while taking N-Acetyl Cysteine should discontinue it.

Where to Get N-Acetyl Cysteine
Available at Amazon or Pure Bulk vitamins
