In Los Angeles, blacks commit 44 percent of all violent crime but make up 9 percent of the population. In St. Louis, blacks are less than a third of the population but commit 90 percent of all homicides. In New York City, blacks commit about three quarters of all shootings although they’re 23 percent of the population.

It’s probably even worse than that 3%. Young black males can be further divided into a smaller subset. Pull out the decent Christians, professionals, better educated, married men etc.

It would probably whittle down to half of all murders being committed by 1% of the population. Ghetto, gangsta, urban idiots.

Works that way with horses, too - a senior horse will kick the crap out of young’ns. We had a neighbor who spent mega bucks for stallion - they decided to go in the horse breeding business. The young jerk pushed them - and their two horses around. On one occasion he about killed the husband.

“Bring him over - our 23 year old swaybacked quarter horse will have him shipshape in no time,” “But, but - he may get kicked.” Yup - but he’ll learn manners. They didn’t - and ended up gelding a $30,000 stallion. Duh. (BTW, he still was a jerk afterwards.)
