Yes, if Harry became king, she would be Queen Consort. As earlier explained, Harry is still in the line of succession to the crown; but would only become king if his father, brother and brother’s children all died or renounced the throne.

Harry is still in the line of succession to the crown; but would only become king if his father, brother and brother’s children all died or renounced the throne. Fortunately for the Crown and Great Britain, the moment that becomes a possibility, a long-filed-away blood sample test result will be made public barring Harry Hewitt from ascending the throne.
He knows it. The royal family knows it. It's a factor in why he so easily left England to take up residence with a nasty gold digger yacht girl.

Harry is as likely to become king like Adam Schiff is to become president.
Harry is not the heir to the throne right now. That would be a Prince Charles. After Charles, there is Prince William, then the three children of William.
Not to mention Prince William will probably have even more children.
Looking back through English history, I don't recall any instances where there was a heir to the throne followed by his first son, followed by his first son's three children, where the younger brother of the second in line ended up as king. Not without a body war.
