I watched it just fine. I guess that Mexican boy didn’t like the idea of handing over his rifle to the police.

I cannot believe that the officer allowed him to touch the weapon. Maybe in NM it’s not unusual to encounter displayed weapons in a traffic stop, but I don’t understand why the casual response - didn’t the officer see him leave the vehicle with the rifle? For that matter, why let him exit the vehicle at all?
So sad and shocking to know there are such animals in the world.
