Whatever you have read is pretty much general knowledge at least known to people who have some basic knowledge of vitamins and nutrients. Each component can be Googled for its benefits. As stated, this regime does not prevent you from catching this “BUG”, neither will any of these vaccines, but in case you do, will help you to shake it off fairly easy. Not only that but it is also quite effective against the regular FLU, especially if it includes NAC. Always make sure to take two or three times as much C as NAC. Stay healthy and well. And by the way what vitamins you cannot find locally they are easily available from Amazon.
