Only Yellow Fever is covered under IHR which are adopted by US law, and people who travel within the Yellow Fever area most definitely have to produce a yellow card (or be vaccinated with a dirty needle at destination).
As soon as travel resumes, you can be sure COVID will be covered as well.
Because it hasn't met criteria for EUA, and, since it is already an approved drug, anyone with a license can prescribe it?
Pretty amazing that this response to the government planning on coercing people to get an experimental vaccine of unknown safety and effectiveness is instantly such a high priority, when millions of illegal aliens are using fake documents every day with basically no consequences.

One of our airlines is having a sale right now, seats as low as 10 Euros each way for flights from 17 May until 31 December. The problem is that your 20 Euro round trip ends up costing you 120-220 Euros depending upon which country you fly to because of mandatory Covid testing. The solution to that is to only go to places within driving distance.
