He has been this way for decades. I think he came out pro-Gun Control during the Clinton Administration.

I used to wear Levis all the time - but back in the 1990's, they started donating money to help pass so-called 'gun control' legislation. Not wanting to help pay for my God-given, constitutionally-protected rights to be destroyed, I stopped buying their products. I haven't bought anything with their name on it since.
