Other venues like Nascar, sports, ESPN, cooking shows, etcetcetc, AR e all about gaslighting the public, briw beating them into submission these days. The agenda has become more important than the bottom line financially apparently. It’s pretty obvious. Their business decisions to support an agenda just make no business sense at all. They would rather all be preachers of socialism than profitable ventures,obviously.
Sure, they would love to have it both ways, preach socialism, and be profitable, but they can’t have it both ways, and evidently have chosen indoctrination over profits.
Either that or it isn’t hurting them financially right now, so they preach the leftist agenda now before everyone gets wise to their nonsense and begins leaving in large enough droves to hurt them financially, orthey are in denial about how much they actually are losing, and perhaps think they can make it up with enough up and coming ‘new customers who are woke’.
Not sure their reasoning. I think the woke sports are blaming the losses on the covid lockdowns, but they began losing even before the lockdowns. I think they tried blaming something g else at the time
