No, depriving a title takes an Act of Parliament.

Once granted the title is governed by the Letters Patent creating it.

I think you misunderstood me. I am talking about Charles deciding not to make a new creation of the title after it has merged into the crown. Elizabeth can not force the actions of future monarchs.
