While there have been English, Scottish, and British monarchs that would be considered tyrants. They have always had to deal with some form of Parliament, including a Civil War that led to the Execution of Charles I.
Not to mention the Glorious Revolution that deposed James II & VII...

Maybe they used the same investment adviser Hillary did.....
I guess they also didn’t put to death starving peasants that poached on their land...
