Dominion has filed defamation lawsuits against several Trump allies for pushing election ‘radioactive falsehoods’ – could it triumph?

But now a little-known tech company, founded 18 years ago in Canada, has the conspiracy theorists running scared. The key: suing them for defamation, potentially for billions of dollars.
“Libel laws may prove to be a very old mechanism to deal with a very new phenomenon of massive disinformation,” said Bob Shrum, a Democratic strategist. “We have all these fact checkers but lots of people don’t care. Nothing else seems to work, so maybe this will.”
The David in this David and Goliath story is Dominion Voting Systems, an election machine company named after Canada’s Dominion Elections Act of 1920. Its main offices are in Toronto and Denver and it describes itself as the leading supplier of US election technology. It says it serves more than 40% of American voters, with customers in 28 states.
But the 2020 election put a target on its back. As the White House slipped away and Trump desperately pushed groundless claims of voter fraud, his lawyers and cheerleaders falsely alleged Dominion had rigged the polls in favour of Joe Biden.
Among the more baroque conspiracy theories was that Dominion changed votes through algorithms in its voting machines that were created in Venezuela to rig elections for the late dictator Hugo Chávez.

I going to wager that if Dominion keeps pursuing this ‘defamation’ BS as a scare tactic, they are going to get burned, hard, when the overall data becomes exposed and revealed. Dumbarses are already getting thumped out of districts across this country for their lame arse voting machines.
Discovery will be a b!tch. They can’t keep the machines from being examined, and the experts will know if the programming was recently altered.
Is posing a factual assertion in the form of a question a tell-tale sign of dishonesty?

Dominion, and the software company that supports it, Smartmatic, with its complex algorithms, can always rely on the covert support of the oligarchs of great wealth who are already united in their efforts to bring the United States into some kind of command-and-control regime in which they manage to hold the reins, and power flows from the top down. If somehow the suits against Dominion go against them, the cancel culture now prevalent in many corporations will be applied to bring the existing political factions into line and compliance. This includes the courts and legislatures everywhere.
Just see the pressure being applied to Georgia right now. A blanket and strict prohibition of the purchase and use of Dominion voting machines and its Smartmatic software everywhere in the United States is one of the practical ways to overcome this totally asymmetric struggle.
But that is kind of like the decision of the council of mice to put a bell around the neck of the cat. Who is going to carry out the operation?
The tested sample highlighted the fact that (A) Biden received 113% of the vote and (B) Trump received 87%.
Even though, the same amount of votes for each were scanned in......a 26% difference in Biden'ss favor.
It is described in some of their user manuals thusly.
The system counts votes as decimal numbers and rounds up the final totals so the batches balance.
I cannot imagine a legitimate use for this feature in a US election.....other than voter fraud.

POINTS TO PONDER----The states worked together to elect Biden...... that’s the reason no state authorities want to order an actual audit b/c even one state’s finagling could expose the rest. There is clearly some very real coordination between top state election officials and SoS’s, and their counterparts in other states.
It seems clear that large scale stuffing and “ballot trucking/ballot dumps” were done specifically to engineer a rough alignment between (A) the fraudulent paper ballots, and, (B) the software fraud.
Trump’s win was an enormous landslide w/ at least 80 million votes. Many more votes than the fraudsters had previously calculated.
Some states actually had to close down counting to rejigger the algorithms.
Ban all computerized voting machines and counting machines. The opportunity for chicanery is too much.

#2 the physics guy interviewed by Mike Lindell assumed that there are random changes in percentages of ratio (oercent) voting to registered in adjacent age groups. Undermined his own argument by showing the wiggles in the curves matched in large populations acorss the country. Of course they match, there's no reason for them not to match. The main change in that percentage is the the percentage increases with age, and stays pretty high and flat above a certain age.
So those two analyses are junk. Any other "statistical" analyses are likely to be wrong too, but I'll read or watch a video (although the videos are almost always junk). Was BIden's count biased by 26% or 0.26%? Was there a test like the one described? On the first question there was a 0.26% bias in favor of Biden in the machine count in Ware when they hand counted to check the machine count. For the second question it's not clear whether they ran a counting test with equal numbers of ballots to produce a (completely different and huge) 26% bias. Also the "fact checkers" say the 0.26% bias was a "human error". Also it seems likely that someone could have conflated 0.26% and 26% as the latter story was propagated.
Rep. Hice's tweet did not give a number (26% or 0.26%) for the difference. I can't find other statements by Hice about Ware county. IMO the only evidence of a Biden bias is that 0.26% (and other percentages in other GA counties). There were also Trump biases in counties discovered in the recount. Subtracting the "accidentally lost memory sticks" which favored Biden, the machine count biases were small and more or less balanced out.
Trumps's challenges had nothing to do with the Dominion systems. They were based on the unconstitutional actions of Sec of State in the swing states that changed voter laws in violation of state law and the constitution and violations of local election laws such as GA counting ballots after sending observers home.
2020 was lost when the GOP “lawfare” team did not mobilize against rule changes like postmarks, ballot collection, outer envelopes etc. in addition to Dominion fraud.
I don’t think the machines did anything but count manufactured votes. In Delaware county PA there are 29000 more mail in ballots than mail in voters according to the “SHURE” system that keeps track of voters and voting. Philly i think is over 200,000 more votes. Counties need to either get accurate numbers (auditable) or have their votes thrown out.
The democrats “only needed” fraud in a few blue precincts in seven blue counties in six swing states where blue sympathizers could count their votes. Atlanta, Philly, Pittsburgh, Phoenix, Los Vegas, Milwaukee, ...
It is the hundred thousand suddenly-printed, untraceable, anonymous single-vote-for-Biden paper ballots dumped into the ballot boxes between 2:00 and 4:00 am when the counting was stopped overnight with no witnesses that is the fraud.
Not only the switched Trump votes that pulled the counts close. The electronic counts had to only be “close enough” so the dumped paper could trip the final numbers.
At this point, it doesn’t matter if the election was crooked or not, so all these conspiring companies will be thrown to the gutter. The law suits against Trump et al will fail.
Might Soros be behind these intimidation lawsuits?
Regardless of how many votes Dominion machines may have stolen for Josef Stolen, the real theft occurred before election day via machine harvesting in big cities.

Medias massive disinformation is a cover for the democrats 2022 and 2024 election they think with the use of Dominion tool they can pull it off.
Many democrat voters are thinking jesses hail Mary what did we do.
The legal precedent of "Discovery hearing" will end all this method or tactic by Dominion.
Dominion uses a proprietary software program, a mathematical process, known only to them ; this proprietary program is germane to any lawsuit.
I doubt that they will want to expose this proprietary program and expose it to open scrutiny.
