According to Redfield they ONLY can reduce viral load in and out. People still contact virus, but the disease tends to be less severe, less lethal and also builds herd immunity.

Your presumptions do not make sense at all. And in 1918, masking had little or no effect on the spread, as we learned then but have forgotten now. Since then, indoor toilets, soap, hot water, and inculcated personal hygiene have brought communicable diseases under control. And that even before other numerous inoculations have disrupted the human's internal defense systems. Like the current as-yet unapproved "vaccines" that lack total immunity from their use.
