Promoting the spread of a disease seems tantamount to yelling fire in a crowded theater AFAIC and that wasn’t really violence, it was more like criminal damaging.

Attempting to harm someone with a weapon and breaking a window that results in broken glass going into the face of someone who is posing no immediate threat to you is not "criminal damaging", it is at minimum a felonius assault. I hope the cops take a break from Chinese evil spirit (Covid) monitoring, do their real job and arrest and charge Dr. Suk Muk Dik or whatever the hell his name is for at least one of the felonies he committed.
Perhaps it's that blown-out disc problem you have -- from which I pray for you have a complete recovery -- that is causing you to sometimes think irrationally. Cheers!
