My bet would be on the US, but then for how long as the SJWs have their way with our military...Bigger question is whether we can maneuver as a mounted force due to two factors. One, the past two decades of dismounted warfare against terrorist groups and two, the consolidation of the Armor School for Ft Knox to Ft Benning with the Infantry. I doubt that we can do mounted warfare on the scale of Desert Storm due to organization and training. I'd be surprised if anything above company/team size could maneuver.
