What in the world is a disputed Leef?
Anybody remember Costa Rica during the Sandinistas? Their president may have won the Nobel Peace prize for his negotiations that came at the expense of US interests. Costa Rica had no military. They did’t need one as long as the US was there. Dutarte bitch slapped us as a target of opportunity. Should there be (non)payback?
