I’m not familiar with exactly what happened in Hawaii, but let me guess they blamed the Chinese virus on it in instituted 100% vote by mail where everyone got a ballot, am I close?
Actually, here in Hawaii, the loss of polling places and vote by mail was launched right after the 2018 elections. Long before COVID. As I recall, the reason and rationale were cost savings in the overall elections process. Initiated by the Democrap Governor, David Ige, and approved by the vastly Democrat State Legislature, it was passed into law without a plebiscite, none whatsoever. All voices of descent were roundly ignored. It would not surprise me if we were the model for pulling this off nationwide. All that was required were Democrat Nazis holding total power in the State Legislature
