Ah, no. In the highly unlikely event that Biden was removed then the office of the president and the vice president would be vacant. Under law the Speaker of the House then becomes president.
Remember that Trump's legal team didn't argue fraud previously, just that illegalities in the election. Those illegalities enabled fraud, but fraud was not claimed, and not adjudicated. Now it will be, and it's a new claim.
Which does not mean Trump would belatedly be named the winner. The best that would happen is that Biden and Harris would be removed. Presidential Line of Succession then kicks in.

The problem with any theory along those lines is that it only stands up to scrutiny if Trump is so utterly predictable that there were cast iron certainties around his reaction to the China Virus that could be exploited.

Trump failed to get reelected for a whole bunch of asymmetric reasons. The frauds weren’t coordinated or pre-planned by one shadow outfit issuing orders, they were guerilla actions at local levels with minimal coordination between counties.
COVID is a red herring. It’s just a new form of SARS. The whole of the Asia-Pacific region has been dealing with those emerging epidemics for 20 years. There is nothing new in this COVID except the scale of its worldwide spread.
Face facts. POTUS screwed up. He had a perfect plan to win last November and was right on track to win it, and then he made s complete Horlicks of the COVID response.
Other leaders like Arden closed the borders and clamped down hard on testing. Their measures were unpopular but their death rates are tiny.
Trump, like Boris Johnson, spent months downplaying COVID while running superspreader events and encouraging people to not wear facemasks. Death rates went through the roof.
Populists. Predictable. Sounds plausible I suppose.
But for China to bet the farm on Trump doing the polar opposite of what was needed, in order to torpedo his own guaranteed re-election, Trump would have to be the world’s most useful idiot.

Phrases used in nearly every “news” story referencing the rampant voter fraud only Stevie Wonder could’ve missed, and, to my recollection never utilized during the four years we had to endure the “Russia collusion” scam.
