Earlier today I read this article from statnews, https://www.statnews.com/2021/02/23/federal-law-prohibits-employers-and-others-from-requiring-vaccination-with-a-covid-19-vaccine-distributed-under-an-eua/

It will be interesting to see NY’s efforts to get around this federal law.

How are hospitals, Dr offices and similar businesses getting around this law?
