From the very first moment of Biden’s first press conference, one could tell that the days of Trump press conferences were gone. You remember those days, don’t you? Gotcha questions, lectures, fights, interruptions, blatant disrespect – not from Trump, but from the media. It was they who created a sense of chaos and divisiveness, not Trump. It was very different this time. The media were on their best behavior but even they couldn’t protect Biden from himself. Other posts here address more substantive issues raised in the press conference. This is just about style points for both Biden and the media.
Speaking of the first moment, Kayleigh McEnany noticed something striking about the press:

Her hope was bound to be disappointed because the media’s softballs were something else entirely. Before that, though, Biden made a few statements. To this biased observer, it was obvious that Sleepy Joe had been given an infusion of something to wake him up. Maybe it was just a strong cup of coffee, but his dilated black pupils were unnerving. This meme, which predates the press conference, makes the point:
His eyes also reminded me of a silly shtick in the TV show Supernatural¸ which had two brothers fighting all the evil things out there, including demons. To demonstrate that someone was possessed by a garden-variety demon, the show invariably had their eyes go totally black – kind of like Joe’s:

Biden called on ten reporters, none of whom were Fox News’s Peter Doocy. And that’s a shame, he literally had a binder full of questions for Biden.
While a few reporters asked about the current crisis on the border, “there were not a ton of specifics” as to when Americans can expect change, Doocy noted. For instance, an overwhelming amount of unaccompanied minors are being held at holding facilities that have been forced to reopen.
Instead, Biden got mostly softball questions, including one from PBS’s Yamiche Alcindor. In her inquiry, she suggested that illegal immigrants are flooding our border because Biden is a “moral, decent” man.
Biden outrageously said that he was “flattered” that illegal immigrants were coming into the U.S. because they consider him a “nice guy.”
Had he had the chance, Doocy would not only have asked about the border crisis, but also about COVID-19 and the president’s jobs plan, particularly his insistence on “green” jobs. He said hopefully “he’ll be on the list” that Biden reads from in the future.
But it shouldn’t be a surprise that Biden was afraid to call on Doocy, considering he’s one of few journalists who have pressed this administration on topics they’d rather avoid.
Now consider Donald Trump and Jim Acosta.... now that’s what I call Wrestle Mania!
Any honest person would conclude it was embarrassing on many levels.

Democrat, illegal POTUS, Biden stumbled, tripped on his words, was terrible & boring to boot at his presser!!!, President, Kamala Harris was nowhere to be found. Russians, Iranians, North Koreans, Chinese dancing & prancing wildly, with glee in their streets. North Korean missiles airborne once again as whole world thinks and believes USA is missing in action as the world leader. Americans asleep at the wheel as USA is the laughing stock of the entire universe!!! Danger lurks everywhere.....Go figure!!!

Isn’t it racist to portray blacks as incapable of obtaining ID?
Where is this happening? - that IDs are being denied to them?
And if it’s happening - why wouldn’t the solution be - let’s ensure they are able to receive them?
How do they manage basic daily life situations without ID?

It seems that any video with Biden doesn’t just get low viewer numbers but most of reactions are a ‘thumbs down’....for the most ‘popular’ POTUS ever!!!!
Yep - and the world is watching. We should start placing bets on whom will take advantage first; China, Russia, N. Korea, Iran?
The truly disgusting part - Biden has to know he’s not up to it, yet he STILL went ahead to become POTUS. How incredibly selfish and narcissistic can a person be? He wanted the title so badly nothing else matters. Now we’re all going to pay for it.

It’s constant state for him.
The disaster for Biden and the media is secondary to the disaster for our country. Our enemies and our allies are watching closely and measuring their next steps and possible responses by an obviously failing Commander-in-Chief. It is no coincidence that since Biden’s election, N. Korea has launched two ballistic missiles into the Sea of Japan, that Iranian controlled terrorists have attacked US bases in Iraq, that China has upped the rhetoric against Taiwan, that Iran has attacked Israeli shipping off the coast of Oman, or that Houthi terrorists, after being removed from the list of terrorist organizations, have continued their attacks on Saudi Arabia, . Most of these events have gone unchallenged and will only get worse as Biden’s infirmity is more clearly brought into focus. I wonder if those who engineered Biden’s election have prepared for what is coming?
