That disqualifies XXX from participating in civilized society, whatever XXX pronoun might be. Let XXX go live the Australian outback with XXX mother, or wherever, and be whatever gender XXX wants to be. But XXX should otherwise be in jail. Exempting XXX mother from the same vicious end that XXX visited on everybody else’s mother, however, makes XXX unfit for any other society other than that of XXX mother, including that of hardened criminals. Being unfit to head the HHS is a bonus.
