How passive are New Yorkers? I can think of a bunch of states that if BLM radicals tried a stunt like that it would be like trying to keep the angry hornets in their big nest with just your bare hands.

How passive are New Yorkers? New Yorkers are not even allowed to own a pistol without approval and licensing by the state government and very few requests by the general public are approved.
