Wow... Over $71,000 per family for 6 months... That is either 5 star or motel 6 plus a lot of payoffs to somebodyNo, a big chunk of that money is to compensate for damages.
You know: building campfires on the living room carpet, knocking holes in the wall, cockroach-infestations, etc.

Perhaps it is time all of our homeless migrated to Washington DC and set up tents so the criminals, and I mean 95% of elected representative (and I use that term loosely) can see what they have wrought on this once great nation.
