Saw an article a few days ago in the British press. “Spring Break” in Miami seemed pretty segregated: White students on the beaches and a different race twerking in the streets. Even the Brits were shocked at the behavior of the “spring breakers” twerking in the streets. Oh - and the spring twerkers were not only almost all one race, but almost all one sex and 90% were morbidly obese.

What's is surprising is the depth of self-censorship: not a single press article will talk about the demographics of the crowds, but will instead refer to them as "spring breakers," as though they were college kids flying in to bring the ghetto to the beach.
If they separate out the duskier breakers and remove them the scene would be generally peaceful. The video shows that it is a crowd of blacks slugging it out in the restaurant.
