Those in the military need to question themselves. Their oaths are meaningless since the Commander-In-Chief is illegitimately in the job due to a stolen election and Kamala Harris is ineligible to serve as Vice President since she's not a natural born citizen.

Is there a term for soldiers without an oath?

No, this is not the SS. The SS were Hitler's private army. They swore loyalty to him and the Nazi Party.

They were the physical embodiment of Nazi terror and answerable only to Hitler.

The American military swears and oath to ‘’preserve the Constitution and swear allegiance to the same''. Incidentally the Waffen SS were combat troops organized into armored units. SS bastards none the less.

The Waffen SS were frontline soldiers who were often ineligible for service in the Wehrmacht (too young, not German, etc.); they had a different reputation than other branches of the SS who focused their wrath on civilians. Many weren’t allowed in the regular army; for example, the combat units raised in many of the occupied countries.
