If the actor wasn't pushing false information about the authority of Sheriffs, I wouldn't be concerned. However, this is a time where the Sheriff's authority can be a very important line in the sand against the fascists attempting a coup.

Reminds me of the poster back when, Robert Paulson I think, who liked to argue on here that banning ARs, and gun control in general, didn’t violate the second amendment. Finally got himself banned.
Arguing that fed ABC agents have ultimate police powers is just as untenable. States, and we the people, control the fed gov, not the other way around. Even if the states have forgotten that.
