This my only post on this topic, so don’t bother flaming me. I will not even acknowledge it.

But I do need to ask one question.

Do you really think that all of the sheriff’s in a state with their combined knowledge and experience, have no idea what their legal standing is in their state?

For instance the state of GA has 159 counties (not my state).

MT has 56 counties.

In either case I suspect that either group of sheriffs could figure out their legal standing.

You should study the law of holes. Yours is getting pretty deep.

Did you know that Sheriff Mack has a Supreme Court decision in a case he brought backing rights of the Sheriff, and State rights, over Federal powers?

All he has is opinions, you are right, but these opinions are from the Supreme court.
