She also claimed he had booby traps all over the home
= = =
But, she complained, she never got caught in one.
I always thought Americans would fight to the last drop of their blood when the Communists tried to take over. Instead they pretend it never happened. I was surprised to say the least. Perhaps they won't tighten the shackles too tight.
There are a few interesting, to me anyway, points not discussed.
How did this guy know they were after him? He was not a member of Oath Keepers and had no record.
So my guess is that his ex was a typical crazy witch and most of them have a crazy mouth when ranting. So either she threatened him or ranted to one of his friends who tipped him off.
So knowing they would come after him, he had decided to show himself almost naked so he would not be shot and the FBI claiming he was hiding a gun in his clothes. The guy is smart.
That plan also made it easier on his new girlfriend and the old lady.
Another question: How did the FBI know the exact floor plan of the house and where he slept?
The FBI is known for gaining unlawful entrance and using the info they gain from that.
I would even bet that he had a few hidden game cameras installed near the driveway alarm when he first got the tip and from them learned that they had been in the house.
Doe is not stupid. His smarts kept him from getting hurt or worse. The ordinary person would have thought he had a prowler or a bear approaching the house and gone out with a firearm, probably a rifle, and that would have been the end of him.
Our problem with this story is that up until recently we have all felt that the feds were concentrating on Oath Keepers, Militias, Patriots, etc., and that they really are not interested in us.
Well, this should be the lesson that lays that to rest. All it took here is an ex girlfriend. It could be your ex wife, a troubled teenager, that nosy woman next door that watches you mow your lawn and get in your pickup to go bear hunting.
You are one lie away from the same fate as Doe.
Eventually it could be because you bought some .308 ammo at the hardware store.
The question that really needs to be answered: How can we get our country back legally and without violence?
This is the beginning of the end.
The Constitution was a dead letter the day ALL of our elected AND appointed clapped like trained seals for the ineligible Kenyan from Indonesia.
Not ONE of them stood for the Constitution.
“No, Feds are not able to “take over” a Sheriffs office. Not without a DOJ patterns and practices lawsuit ending in a ruling, or a consent decree.
Despite hit movies, Feds cannot stroll in and “take over” a case, or direct a Sheriff or his Deputies to do as the order.”
Like hell
Judge issues order - feds serve order to comply with federal action - sheriff refuses to comply - feds remove sheriff and take over administration of the department.
That’s known as “taking over”.
They have removed the ballot box as a viable option.
Wrong.
Oh those black clad boyz with all their shiny toyz.
I grew up watching...THE FBI with Effrin Zimbalist jr.. I really respected the agency. I thought they were America’s top law enforcement that was our protector.
Then...I growd up. These are some scary cats. Really scary in that they have so much unchecked power. Paramilitary thugs acting like the East German Stasi. Politicized and weaponized against American citizens who dissent against their leftist dogma.
All the crooked politicians, all the leftist thuggery, BLM, Antifa...you know the like and they’re shielded by the FBI.
All the corruption permeating the agency and not ONE whistleblower. NOT ONE! This tells me they’re closing ranks to protect themselves.
Hannity always talks about the “good 99%” of agents...blah blah blah.
Bull54!t...they’ve adopted a culture of corruption from top to bottom. I’ve lost all respect.
Care to elaborate?
All leos take an oath to the constitution.
Sheriffs are state officers.
Feds are officers of the constitution.
If feds tell sheriff to do X and he refuses they will arrest him.
The feds do not have to “take over” a sheriff’s office.
They simply conduct operations without the knowledge or consent of local police and or sheriff. They do not need anyone’s permission.
Ultimate reward? I didn’t know her so I have no idea how she reacted.
These bints Need to go to prison for pulling this 💩.
One more comment.
There is much mystery as to why this is not in the national news.
We all know the national news is in on the fix.
So why is this event hidden from the public? If they want to scare us into submission they need to flaunt it in our face.
I suspect it is because the FBI figured out that they have been had. Made complete fools. A laughing stock to everyone but Doe, and even he may be laughing.
The FBI has good reason to hide the story. The way this mission started out was a disgrace to our nation and the way it ended up was a disgrace. The agent in charge of this fiasco should be fired on the spot.
They take over a leo if there is illegality taking place or if they simply need the manpower for backup.
Then it would be best to openly begin to laugh at those acting foolishly.
This😒
Soon to be Business as Usual.
PING!

“The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure.
Thomas Jefferson
“It is the duty of every patriot to protect his country from its government.”
Thomas Paine
I think they should be publicly ridiculed.
From Saul Alinsky’s 13 Rules for Radicals.
That simply isn’t how things work.
We have a system of dual sovereigns. The States and the Federal government each have distinct spheres of authority. The system was designed as part of the checks and balances to keep government in check. Neither can commandeer the other in the manner you are suggesting.
Here is some homework for you:
Bond v. United States
Prince v. United States
New York v. United States
Murphy v. NCAA
You are confusing various issues a salting them with internet fiction to taste.
